Last month one of our very valuable customer, Mr. Gaurav Nanda, pointed out a fatal bug within our website. (The bug cannot be published due to security issues). He not only reported us the issue but also showed a demo to help us understand better. Znet India technical staff showed immediate response and fixed the bug.
