Sub: Acknowledgement for being the Web Hosting Partner of Spring Fest 2012, IIT Kharagpur held
from 20th to 23rd January, 2012

ZNETLIVE (previously ZNet) has been associated with Spring Fest, the annual social and cultural festival
of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in the past for 2 years and we would like to heartily
thank the company for the same. This mega extravaganza that lasted 3 days and 4 nights magnetically
drawing the youth from all over India. Started in 1959, Spring Fest boasts of a great heritage and has
earned itself accolades for being the foremost youth entertainer.

Huge and quality participation was witnessed in all 65 events held in this edition. Associations like
“British Council”, “Outlook”, “Nau- Jawane Hind”, and “Terence Lewis Academy” graced the
events. 53rd edition of Spring Fest saw a 20,000 strong multitude with star studded performances by
“Vishal and Shekar” , “Parikrama” , “Hasya Kavi Sammelan”,“Mrigya” and “BlakC”. In previous
editions the fest has been host to performances by Pritam, Kailash Kher, Shaan, KK, Shankar
Mahadevan, Strings, Jagjit Singh, Aman and Ayan Ali, Debashish Bhattacharya in our earlier editions.

Spring Fest has been successfully and efficiently conducted through the years and will continue to do so
under able guidance. The remarkable success of the recent editions has infused the Spring Fest
Organizing Team with the enthusiasm to reach greater heights. Also, the magnitude of the Fest ensures
it to be a great marketing avenue providing widespread exposure for its associates. We hope that both
Spring Fest and ZNETLIVE reap fruitful results in the process, thus establishing symbiotic relationships.

Today it has been announced as the winner of The Deloitte Technology Fast 500 Asia Pacific 2011 Award which recognizes ZNetLive as one among the 500 fastest growing technology companies in Asia Pacific, based on percentage growth over a three year period. The company has won this award in year 2010 too. Recently, ZNet have won The Deloitte Technology Fast 50 India 2010 Award.
