Usually, when we buy a product or service from a company, we are quick to complain about it if it’s not up to our expectations. We rarely praise about it, if it’s any good. We do however, recommend  the product/services to others if they require such.

I am not a prolific blogger, I dont get much time these days to practice my writing. But this time I have a reason to do that.

The reason is ZNet India. There may be many unhappy/unsatisfied clients, I am a happy one. I have my support mails to prove that ZNet India always took care of my problems related to their services. Pricing is good. Service is prompt.

I had some issues related to payments. I realised, it’s my own shortcoming, rather than them. I solved it by their guidance. I solved many problems with their help. I learnt a lot from them. Technical as well as Business related knowledge.

I must congratulate ZNet’s team of support. Many heads to count. Many guys were there who helped me one way or another. One case is Praveen. He has helped me so much, that I have become dependent on him. Whenever, I get stuck somewhere, I call him. And he is always there at the end of the phone. He is always courteous, always eager to help, always ready to listen to me. These days I call him before I make any transactions! He helped me get some good discounts on the products.

Who will compete with this company who has such  good team-members?

ZNet have recently migrated the member control panel to WHMCS for better services. The full automation, user friendliness, better and fast management of new control panel (WHMCS) will left users spellbound.

Enjoy the better management and speedy service of the new control panel. One can now start using the new member control panel for further transactions.

In addition, ZNet also automates the order execution to provide better services to ZNet Clientele. All orders except one through cash/cheque will get executed in 5 minutes (max).Though there are some exceptions, like the authentication of some users, etc that can take around 12-24 hours.

It was an interactive session with BCA students of B.M.N. College,Mumbai. All the students interacted with the company people, technical head and also the CEO. Various technical jargons were explained to them.

I peruquois, personally thank the ZNet team for creating this beautiful website. It is not just a website but a beautiful month’s long combined labor as if we were giving birth to a beautiful child. There were pains, there were misunderstandings, there was sense of duty, there was love, frustration, there was compassion, and friendship.

I came to know some very beautiful and hardworking people who never gave up and always desired to excel and enhance. I got to make beautiful new friends in this journey.
